To cancel your app subscription, please follow these steps. Resellers can scroll down to see instructions for cancelling subscriptions for their bundles.
Individual Subscriptions
- Find your app in the app list and click on the app you'd like to see the invoice for.
- Click on "Publish" in the vertical menu on the left.
- In the "Payment" area of the "Publish" section there is a line of text that will say, "You have {x number of} invoices and {y number of} updates." If you click on this line of text you will get an overview of your invoices.
- In the invoice overview, click on the "Manage" link to open the link to your payment management page
- You can manage your payment method by clicking on "Cancel Subscription" in the overview of the account.
Reseller Bundles
- Login to you reseller AppMachine account.
- Select the Reseller menu item in the account drop-down in the top right.
- Click on the "Billing" tab.
- In the invoice overview, click on the "Manage" link to open the link to your payment management page
- You can manage your payment method by clicking on "Cancel Subscription" in the overview of the account.
What happens to the app after cancellation?
Please note that an AppMachine app requires an active subscription to be kept live in the stores. Once the subscription has been cancelled and the active subscription period has expired, the app will be made unavailable in the stores.
Your app will still be available in your AppMachine account and can be reactivated and published using the same steps as when you published the app the first time.
